At Brett’s Watergarden, we take great care to ensure your plants arrive healthy, hydrated, and ready to thrive in their new home.
Due to strict biosecurity regulations, we do not ship to:
• Northern Territory (NT)
• Western Australia (WA)
• Tasmania (TAS)
• Outside Australia
We ship all orders using Australia Post Express for the fastest and most reliable delivery.
Express Post ensures plants spend the least amount of time in transit, reducing stress and maintaining quality.

To protect plant health and avoid weekend delays, we ship only on specific days:
Interstate Orders (Outside QLD)

South East Queensland Orders

Shipped Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday
This schedule ensures your plants arrive promptly and do not sit in postal depots over the weekend.
How We Pack Your Plants
All plants are shipped bare‑rooted to comply with postal guidelines and to reduce stress during transit.
Every order is packed with care:
•Leaves are trimmed to minimise distress
•Roots are wrapped to remain moist throughout the journey
• Plants are secured to prevent movement or damage
• Each plant is clearly labelled
• Planting instructions are included with every order
